Dr. Bertolt Eicke has a background in applied mathematics and computer science. He previously held different roles in the telecommunications and other industries and in 2018 joined Bundesdruckerei, one of the few QTSPs with a PSD2 focus on European level. Currently he is responsible for the definition, roll-out and market entry of the PSD2 certificate business at Bundesdruckerei/D-TRUST. Thanks to excellent relations with major stakeholders, he has a good insight into issues related to regulation, strategies of customers and challenges for the industry.
